About Me

As an experienced product manager, operations manager, and business consultant, I have a passion for solving problems creatively and making sound, data-driven decisions. I have a passion for connecting with people and getting the absolute most out of my teams. At the same time, data is a the core of my identity; whether I’m building something, trying to gain user insights, or chasing edges for a competitive advantage, I believe strongly in being able to make well-informed decisions that gives myself and my team the advantage.

I have an extensive background as a product manager within the SaaS space. I have worked in roles where I have used my leadership skills to drive change management and create user-friendly products. My background in logistics and transportation has given me an opportunity to highlight my operations and business optimization skills. I have worked with customers both large and small – building, innovating, creating and solving complex problems.

An area that I take pride in is being a mentor to others and help them achieve the roles they desire through developing skills and working experiences that set them up for success. Over the past 12 years, I’ve helped 20+ employees to get promoted into leadership and management roles through direct mentorship.

Lastly. my passion is to be customer-centric in my approach to product management. Data and analytics play a key role in my approach to CX. I have been a part of journey mapping projects for customers and organizations; I currently serve as a Board Member on the Seton Hall University Stillman School of Business CX advisory board, where I am able to offer expert guidance to faculty and students and promote the program’s goal of linking industry with academia.
